SA227 Performance for iPhone and iPad
Contact
Email teeemoore@proton.me. In the app, About → Report a problem opens an email with the app version, the airport data, your current inputs, the device model and your license number already filled in; nothing is sent until you tap Send. Describe what you expected; a screenshot helps.
Devices on your license
How many devices
One purchase works on one iPhone and one iPad. The free trial works the same way.
Moving to a new device
Open the app on the new device. If the slot is taken, the app shows License in use: tap Remove next to the old device. You can also remove devices in About → License. A removed device stops working the next time it connects.
Removal limit
You can remove 2 devices in any 30 days. If you need more, for example after a lost device, email us and we reset the limit.
Working offline
The license is confirmed online once and then works offline for 30 days. Every time the app is online it renews this by itself. After 30 days without a connection, it asks you to connect once.
Free trial and purchase
The 30-day free trial starts when you tap Start free trial and ends by itself; nothing is charged. The full version is a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Operators and fleets
The standard license is for an individual pilot. For a flight department or a fleet of iPads, email teeemoore@proton.me for an organization license.
Data and accuracy
Performance comes from the SA227 Metro III AFM 8AC (Reissue A, Section 4), digitized by the developer and checked at every launch against AFM validation points. Airport data comes from the FAA NASR cycle and OurAirports; weather from aviationweather.gov.
The app is a reference tool. The approved Airplane Flight Manual and your operator's procedures always govern. If a number looks wrong, email us with the inputs.
