Privacy Policy

• No accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
• Your inputs, settings and TOLD cards stay on your device.
• To check your license, the app sends our license server a random device identifier, the device model and the App Store record of your purchase or trial.
• We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Airports, runways, weights, weather, options and TOLD cards you enter or compute are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.

Each purchase, and each free trial, works on one phone and one tablet. To enforce this, the app contacts our license server, which runs on Cloudflare Workers. It sends:

• The App Store record of your purchase or trial, as signed by Apple: product, transaction numbers, dates and the App Store environment. It contains no name, email or payment details.
• A random device identifier that the app creates on first use and keeps on the device. It is not linked to your Apple ID or to any other app.
• The device type and model, for example "iPad mini (A17 Pro)", so you can tell your devices apart in the app.

The server keeps, for each license, the devices added, when each was added and last checked in, and the devices removed with the date. We use this only to manage the devices on your license and to answer your support requests. Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, processes these requests and your network address under its own privacy terms.

The records are kept while your license is in use. You can ask us to delete them at any time at teeemoore@proton.me; your devices are then added again the next time the app checks your license.

When you request weather, the app asks aviationweather.gov (U.S. National Weather Service) for the METAR of the airport you entered; the airport identifier is sent. The app downloads airport database updates from GitHub. These services see your device's network address under their own terms. Nothing else is sent to them.

The free trial and the purchase go through the App Store. Apple processes payment under its own terms; we do not receive your name, email or payment details.

If you write to us, we receive what you send: your email address, your message and, when you use Report a problem or Contact support in the app, the app version, the airport data version, your current inputs, the device model, the iOS version and your license number. We use it only to answer you.

The app is intended for pilots and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

You can ask what we hold about your license, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask any question about this policy at teeemoore@proton.me.
